Thanks[edit]

Many thanks for the speedy help in reverting vandalism. Can I encourage you to start leaving warning messages on the offenders' talk pages, there's a good list of templates to use at Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace. --Alf melmac 13:16, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fast guy! For the fast vandalwhacking, from everyone at #wikipedia-en-vandalism Sceptre (Talk) 13:19, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I totally agree with friend Sceptre's award here, your doing great stuff! One last thing - on the templates use subst: eg: {{subst:test1}}, {{subst:test3}} etc, this will write the information from the template on the talk page rather than referring to it. --Alf melmac 13:29, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Exceptional Newcomer Award[edit]

Exceptional Newcomer Award

The Exceptional Newcomer Award may be awarded to newcomers who display exceptional enthusiasm, skill, and boldness beyond their experience.

I think that is a good desription so far, so here it is. My thanks. --Alf melmac 13:41, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Islamic revolution[edit]

Good work reverting that user. He has been making similar mass changes for several days now. - SimonP 15:20, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
