You may want to read the link I provided. The link you originally posted was incorrect, HTC's Salsa, ChaCha, and Flyer Tablet will be shipping with 2.3, the 2.4 press release was an error. The link you last posted was correct, the original Engadget[1] was wrong.

I suggest you read the revision history and talk pages. The edit summary is not the place to discuss any disagreements you have. Instead, please use the talk page. The edit summary is, as it describes, to summarize what you edited, not to disagree with others. Thank you.

"Indeed, that's what it was. HTC has since corrected its online press release, changing the stated OS of the HTC Salsa, ChaCha, and Flyer tablet from Android 2.4 to Android 2.3.

HTC's typo was a small but significant. Albeit accidentally for HTC, the handset manufacturer wasn't the first to in one way or another presuppose Google's plans. Tablet maker ViewSonic allegedly suggested earlier this month that its ViewPad 4 device would also run Android 2.4. That, too, has proven false, since the company announced in Barcelona, Spain, that its forthcoming ViewPad 4 will currently deliver Android 2.2 Froyo, promising an upgrade to Android 2.3 Gingerbread."[2]

Android version history: About the first and second version's codename of Android i found some sources: "1.0 was Apple Pie and 1.1 was Banana Bread. They were not Linux based" or or So i don't think it was the real name or just a rumour. Thanks.

Look, I don't care if you contribute or not, just do it well. There are some rules on Wikipedia and you should respect them.
It's not my job to correct all your mistakes and references without any title, date, publisher, etc. It's pretty easy to do it.
I will stop complaining as soon as you make an effort. --Zouzzou (talk) 21:41, 23 May 2011 (UTC)

Improve your Behaviour to users - Last Warning![edit]

It seems you did not read the notice that I previously wrote to you.

It's not my job to correct all your mistakes and references without any title, date, publisher, etc. It's pretty easy to do it.

Just make more of an effort please and do not antagonize the contributors on Wikipedia.

This is your last warning. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Privateboz (talkcontribs) 22:16, 24 May 2011 (UTC)
