"Valentine"
Song

"Valentine" is a song by Delays, released as the first single from their second album You See Colours in 2006.

The music video received regular play on MTV and the single reached number 23 on the UK Singles Chart, spending 2 weeks in the top 40 in total.[1] The video can also be found on YouTube and the Delays' official website.

In a 2006 review of "Valentine" the NME stated that the song was "arguably the best thing [Delays] have ever done" and was "one of those singles that makes you sit up and take notice".[2] The lyrics were inspired by Hurricane Katrina.
