The Valle tree frog, Hypsiboas rubracylus, is a species of frog in the Hylidae family found in Colombia and possibly Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
