The Valle tree frog (Hypsiboas rubracylus) is a species of frogs in the family Hylidae found in Colombia and possibly Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
