Varaprasad Rao Velagapalli is an Indian politician and a member of parliament to the 16th Lok Sabha from Tirupati (Lok Sabha constituency), Andhra Pradesh. He won the Indian general election, 2014 being a Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party candidate.[1]
