velcom and Privet are the trademarks of the second largest cell-phone operator in Belarus, Unitary enterprise velcom (Template:Lang-ru). Its headquarters are located in Minsk.

Its current (as of November 2008) license portfolio covers territory where 96% of Belarusian population reside.
Velcom was founded in 1999 and initially operated GSM-900 network in Minsk area.
