Veselá is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.05 square kilometres (1.18 sq mi), and has a population of 193 (as at 3 July 2006).
Veselá lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Rokycany, 18 km (11 mi) east of Plzeň, and 73 km (45 mi) south-west of Prague.
