Vicente Ramos Cecilio (born March 18, 1947 in Ciudad Rodrigo, Salamanca, Spain) is a former professional basketball player from Spain. At a height of 1.80 m (5'11") tall, and a weight of 79 kg (175 lbs.), he played at the point guard position.

Club career

Ramos was a FIBA European Selection, in 1970.

Spanish national team

With the senior men's Spanish national basketball team, Ramos played at the 1968 Summer Olympic Games, and at the 1972 Summer Olympic games.[1] He won a silver medal at EuroBasket 1973.

Ramos is the uncle of tennis player Fernando Verdasco.
