Viktor Reinhold Smeds (18 September 1885 – 22 February 1957) was a Finnish gymnast who won a team bronze medal at the 1908 Summer Olympics. He later founded the Helsinki Boxing Society and the Finnish Boxing Federation, which he headed for 30 years. He was a long-term member of the International Amateur Boxing Federation and president of the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles from 1929 to 1952.[1] In 1952 Smeds oversaw boxing events at the Helsinki Olympics.[2][3]
