Vitali Vladimirovich Volkov (Russian: Виталий Владимирович Волков, born March 22, 1981) is a Russian footballer, who plays for FC Okzhetpes. From 2001–2006 he played at Torpedo Moscow and in 2007 he played for FC Rubin Kazan. He currently plays for FC Okzhetpes in Kazakhstan Premier League.

He finished as top scorer in the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2007.[1]
