Vittorio Badini Confalonieri (14 March 1914 – 3 August 1993) was an Italian politician.

Confalonieri was born in Turin. He represented the Italian Liberal Party in the Constituent Assembly of Italy from 1946 to 1948 and in the Chamber of Deputies from 1953 to 1976.
