Vyacheslav Bulanov (born 3 September 1970 in Moscow) is a Russian ice hockey referee, who referees in the Kontinental Hockey League.

Career

He is one of the most experienced international referees having officiated the Winter Olympics and four World Hockey Championships.[1] He has officiated over 400 games in the KHL.
