Włodzimierz Mazur (18 April 1954 in Opatów – 1 December 1988) is a former Polish football player.

He played mostly for Zagłębie Sosnowiec.

He played for the Polish national team (23 matches/3 goals)[1] and was a participant at the 1978 FIFA World Cup.
