W. M. Q. Halm

William Marmon Quao Halm (born 24 July 1902) was a Ghanaian economist. He was a governor of the Bank of Ghana^[1] from the 5th of October 1962 to the 13th of August 1965.^[1] He was born in Akuse.^[2]^[3]
