WDEC-FM (94.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Hot Adult Contemporary format. Licensed to Americus, Georgia, United States, the station serves the Albany, GA area. The station is currently owned by Sumter Broadcasting Co., Inc. and features programming from ABC Radio and Motor Racing Network.[1]

History

The station went on the air as WADZ on February 20, 1981. On February 15, 1988, the station changed its call sign to the current WDEC.[2]
