WOCQ (103.9 FM) is an American radio station in the Delmarva region of Maryland. The station is licensed to Berlin, Maryland, although its studios and main offices are located in the larger nearby city of Salisbury. The station broadcasts a rhythmic contemporary "Rhythmic Top 40" music format branded as OC104.

Its transmitter tower stands 348 feet (106.1 meters) and is located in Whaleyville.
