Phan Sakunni (Template:Lang-th), best known by the stage name Waiphot Phetsuphan (Template:Lang-th), is a luk thung singer and National Artist of Thailand[1] in 1997.

He was born on March 7, 1942, in Suphan Buri Province. He is of Laotian descent. He became a singer in 1962.[2]

His popular songs include "Taeng Thao Tai" (แตงเถาตาย), "Fang Khao Thit Kaeo" (ฟังข่าวทิดแก้ว), "Baeng Sombat" (แบ่งสมบัติ), etc.
