Warren Edward "Tex" Tilson was a college football player and coach for the Washington and Lee Generals. He was the brother of Sumner D. Tilson.[1] He was captain of the 1924 football team, and also wrestled.[2] As a coach, he led the Generals to the 1934 Southern Conference championship. Tilson also founded the Rockbridge fox hunt.[3][4]
