Discussion
[edit]- I think this should be easy. What should the "edit rate" be? Alpta 20:45, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- I'd say maxlag is the best. However, are you sure as a new user you know what you are doing? Will there be a way for other users to turn off the bot? Will the bot follow a op in/op out system? ~ Wikihermit 21:25, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- I have looked at some other php bots (like ClueBot) and the bot will have a page to turn it off and on. It will follow the "op in/op out" system. It will use the maxlag feature. This is a new account, but I have watched wikipedia as an IP editor. Alpta 22:27, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- I have the source and it works too [1]. I am ready for a trial. Alpta 03:18, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- That sounds fine now - Approved for trial (50 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Reedy Boy 10:10, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- I see no problems. Approved. ~ Wikihermit 00:37, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
