For each of 7 reference desks, and one help desk:
- Add next day's level-1 date header
- Extract one day's content from RD/HD page, replacing it with link to daily archive page
- Create daily archive with content extracted in (2)
- Add link to, and TOC of, daily archive page to monthly archive page (creating monthly archive page if necessary)

[edit]As mentioned above, this is not a request for a bot flag, merely whatever kind of approval is needed for a semiautomatic bot.
