2005–06 Arsenal F.C. season[edit]

The 2005–06 season was the 108th in the competitive history of Arsenal Football Club. It began on 1 July 2005 and concluded on 30 June 2006, with competitive matches played between August and May. It was the final season that Arsenal played at Highbury (Arsenal Stadium), before moving to the Emirates Stadium the following season. Under Arsène Wenger, Arsenal finished the season in fourth, whilst also reaching the final of the UEFA Champions League. The final, which Arsenal lost against Barcelona, is the only UCL final that Arsenal have reached.

Please let me know if I've nominated this incorrectly, first time, rather intricate process. This topic was sitting in the Task force for quite some time completed, all articles were GA approved some time ago, but from a quick inspection everything looks okay. • Hey Idiosincrático. In response to Please let me know if I've nominated this incorrectly, in the future to make the process go smoother, you can put featured topic box on this page (the archive page) instead of in a template, and you can make sure the articles listed in featured topic box are not redirects. No biggie, but since you asked, figured I'd pass on some knowledge. Hope it helps. Congrats on your good topic :) –Novem Linguae (talk) 22:45, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
