It was nominated for speedy deletion because it is a duplicate (not pixel for pixel) of Image:London GAA crest.gif. Image description also claims: "Copyright belongs to Hard-Fi HQ, however the image has been released to public domain by the author through the official website, Hard-Fi.com Gallery and the bands official MySpace, MySpace.com/Hardfi." This is a) incompatible with a release under a Creative Commons license, and b) releasing an image on a publically accessible website is NOT the same as releasing it into public domain. Rationaled for use in Jennifer Morrison as: "...providing information directly relevant to the identification of the subject and to at least one paragraph of text in the article."
