Wikipedia:Page reports

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Page reports is a tool to generate and use lists of pages. Such a list can be used for a special page Related changes into that page, or as a todo-list for a specific maintenance task.

The lists are generated by a bot. An editor can specify the criteria for the list, e.g., "list all articles in Project X that have class=GA".

Example

[edit]

WikiProject Medicine has some 30.000 articles tagged. The bot can generate and post a list of tagged pages onto a dedicated page, and a special page link can show special page Related edits (sometimes called Recent edits) for these pages. The current version is:

{{Page reports/Medicine|project name=Medicine|inline=false}}

Apart from the bot and its support, the tool provides templates to use the bot's products.
