June 10[edit]

calendar Ubuntu[edit]

  • On Ubuntu 18.04 lts, the calendar app is not showing the weather, weather and location is set to be on, but no weather shows. How can I fix this? --Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 16:12, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thegooduser, are you using GNOME/Evolution? Does the weather show properly when you open the full Evolution calendar? Are your account credentials properly set up, if you are connecting to a Google calendar? Elizium23 (talk) 16:36, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Elizium23 I am using GNOME, it's not a google calander, and my ubuntu account seems properly set up, it's the default Ubuntu calendar. --Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 16:40, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Have you logged out and back in again? Elizium23 (talk) 17:10, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

No, not yet, will that fix the issue? Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 17:36, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It can't hurt. It is apparently necessary, from what I am reading. Elizium23 (talk) 17:37, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Does not do anything --Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 17:50, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
