Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2010 July 1

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onfit_Training_College Should I do more with this article? It's my very first contribution. Any feedback much appreciated - thanks!

Hi there! My opinion is that the article needs more references to satisfy notability requirements. I searched Onfit Training and couldn't find anything beyond the college's website and Facebook page. Without more independent references, the article will likely be tagged for both notability and lack of references. I suggest you find more references. Once that's done, you might want to add more items, such as an infobox. First things first though; references! Best of luck with it and have a great morning/afternoon/evening :) Pianotech (talk) 01:02, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maestro_Curtis_a.k.a._Maestro_Brian, I added more references, please let me know what else I can do (specifically - what needs to be sourced?) to improve this article. tha

Nice article. Please consider divding the article up into sections a bit more and that's about. You seem to have a good amount of references but it's always great if you have a mixture of web references as well as books/magazines if possible. Hope you understand. I think it's a good article. A bulleted list for his filmography might be nice, and I would also recommend you add categories links to the bottom of the page so the article will show up in category listings. Other than that I think it's good. :) Take care, Pianotech (talk) 11:34, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I removed the userspace draft notice for you. Pianotech (talk) 11:39, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Way out of my league, but well-written and well-sourced with three good references. Nice work on the article! :) Pianotech (talk) 20:05, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have tons of references, internally on Wiki and externally, but I can't figure out the special coding characters. Can someone please, please help me? Thanks!

You've got the makings of a good article there. For help with references, see wp:Referencing for beginners. It's pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it, and not hard to learn. :) If I can be of further help, please leave me a message at my talk page. Good luck! Is there anything I need to edit in my article or any changes I need to make before it is suitable and acceptable to post on the main space? The article was previously deleted and I've rewritten it and am trying to avoid future flagging/deletion. Please help. Thank you.

I'm trying to set up our wikipedia page, and I tried to base it on OSU's Ecampus (same program, different college); I'm worried it's not informative enough and seems more like a business brief; any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm also working on adding images

Just want to know what more I can do at this point to make this an official Wiki-page?

I need to know how to upload photos with my articles. As this is all new to me, I need simple step by step instructions on how to do this. Thank you very much for your time.
