Hello, I'm looking for feedback about this article on Living Oceans Society, a not for profit marine conservation organization from Canada.

This page is on a political figure in Korea. He's very likely to run for the presidential election, and he's not on the english wikipedia yet so i just thought i might create one. I translated some of the information on the korean wikipedia, and used some newspaper articles. I'm going to try and add some more information later on because I ordered his autobiography recently. But I think it has enough information for now... It's better than nothing after all, isn't it?

Looking for any feedback.
Aapppsa (talk) 19:27, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
im not sure why but the article i created doesn't show the refrences i listed on the wiki page but they are there on the editing screen. Also i dont know why the picture i used isnt coming up or why none of the links to other wiki pages are working. im pretty sure it is the coding im messing up on. This is my fist article so bear with me. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks, Samantha

- You are off to a good start, however you need to expand this article. I have fixed the links to other wiki pages and fixed a reference. You can place references on the article by adding <ref name="test">[http://www.example.org Link text], additional text.</ref>'' after the text you want the reference on. The references will then be displayed automatically at the references section at the bottom of the page. And I tried placing the photo there but it doesn't seem to be uploaded in Wikipedia. You can upload your photo at Wikipedia:Upload. Miguel AG (talk) 12:13, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
I would appreciate some criticism, as this is my first page!

This is a new article. I think I have followed the rules carefully, and documented all sources. I am hoping that the article will be approved so that the message that it has not been reviewed can be removed.

I started this article a few days ago. I posted it, but it was deleted. I re-created it again, as a subpage before moving to be a full-blown article. This article describes Boliven, a patent search engine. Mariana Hudecova (talk) 20:41, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi, I'd greatly appreciate any constructive feedback about how I can improve this article.
Specifically,
(a) are the citations adequate? any recommendations? (b) regarding formatting, anything that can be improved?
Thanks in advance for your help and guidance!
Best,
Chris

I saved a previous article about this company but got tagged as promotional and was deleted. Here is a new version that I wish to have checked upon before I publish it to make sure it does not get deleted again.
If this still isn't good enough, may I ask for suggestions as to what to write about and what not to write about so the content can get published.
Jzednem (talk) 21:31, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- Your article is not at all ready for the main space. Here are my suggestions:
- Your article doesn't cite any independent, reliable, sources. See WP:RS. See the instructions at the top of this page for help finding RS.
- Your article doesn't establish the company's General Notability. See WP:GNG. That is, has the company been written about by several independent, reliable, sources over a substantial period of time?
- To add a reference, just (for now) type <ref>http://example.com "Example Title Of Article About..."</ref>. We can help you clean those up later. Just get real sources in there to support the claims made in your article.
- If it only serves local interests, and has no nationwide coverage, then the company may not satisfy GNG yet.

I'd like to proof this page and make it acceptable for Wikipedia/visually appealing with a picture. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to get the side picture up. The image I wanted to post: http://whistlepigwhiskey.com/images/whiskey1.gif
Thanks for your help guys!

This is my first time making a wiki page for anyone. I would like to know if my layout is okay and if not what should a proper one look like? Da Cruz is a band that is becoming more and more famous, however there are quite a few reviews out there for them. Should I just post links to these reviews or take quotes directly from them? Also when I request to move my page to be reviewed it says I'm too new of a user. How can I get past this? Thank you.

This is a request for feedback for the entry on author Jason Apollo Voss, who wrote the book, The Intuitive Investor: a Radical Guide for Manifesting Wealth, that challenges many conventional perceptions about investing and financial decisions, while offering a plan for readers to build proven skills that enable them to leverage “gut feelings” for better investing.
Thank you

Hi, Would love some feedback on the Sharethrough article I wrote today. It can be found at davina27/Sharethrough.
This is an article page about the Sharethrough social video company, talking about their funding, some of their offerings, and some external links to some of the Sharethrough pages.
Thanks for reading and providing feedback!
