The only use this template has is to transclude on to multiple articles, and the ones I found were being used inappropriatly. This is a template of only one image and the image is non-free content. — Moe ε 20:11, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:NFCC#9. The template has no use otherwise. mattbr 17:56, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

The result of the debate was keep. Attempt at a fork. WoohookittyWoohoo! 04:40, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
Template is redundant; see Template:Wimbledon Championships for a complete version of this template. Totalinarian 16:33, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- I strongly disagree with this request. The template only became redundant after Totalinarian (talk · contribs) eliminated the clean separation between the amateur-era Wimbledon and the Open-era Wimbledon templates. If you believe this template should be deleted, you should take up the point at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Tennis and try to reach consensus, rather than changing all the slam articles without discussion. --dantheox 03:15, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

Per Wikinews:Copyrights, content cannot be transwikied from here to Wikinews. Hence this template shouldn't exist. MER-C 12:25, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

- Delete - impossible. For now. (And probably indefinitely.) GracenotesT § 22:17, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as nothing can be copied due to to licence incompatibility. mattbr 18:08, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Unused template, consisting only of two parameters - a "title" and a "place" - joined together by the template with an "of" and ended with a ".". It's far easier to type "title of place." than it is {{subst:Abbots|title|place}} (or worse, {{subst:Abbots|title=title|place=place}}). Overtemplatization? Delete. Mike Peel 07:57, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete, does not appear to be needed. CSD criteria G1 or G2 might be applicable here. GracenotesT § 22:24, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

The only page that transcludes this template is itself - it's a nice little closed loop. Presumably was once the infobox on American Military University, in which case it's been superceded by Template:Infobox University. Delete. Mike Peel 07:28, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. I don't think it has ever been used as the only significant edit made it transclude itself, so it has no useful purpose. mattbr 18:03, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
