While listing 'awards by wikiproject and wikiorganizations' seems like a good idea (to see which awards have groups giving them), I think it is only one of possible categorization. And we should not limit ourselves to Wikiprojects, as there are other organizations (regional noticeboards, places like DYKs and FAs discussions which give some other away).--[[User:Piotrus|Piotr Konieczny aka P
