This course examines Cultural Resource Management (CRM), an interdisciplinary, professional field that encompasses archaeological, historical, architectural, and cultural studies conducted in compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations. The "Pioneers in CRM Archaeology" project involves students researching and writing biographies of contributors to professional archaeology. Some of these individuals are well known in the discipline, while others remain (largely) “hidden figures”.

Now's the time to revisit your text and refine your work. You may do more research and find missing information; rewrite the lead section to represent all major points; reorganize the text to communicate the information better; or add images and other media.
