When this (current) guideline was created, it began as a how to guide. Promotion into a guideline was undiscussed (cf. [1] and [2]).

At it's present state, many of the how-to guide relics still glare. On the talk page, there have been protests of these inappropriations. Shall we demoted this into an essay, or plainly demote this?174.3.99.176 (talk) 05:29, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
