"Voting ends when the ten-thousandth-to-last edit will be made."

[edit]

To end voting, one would have to know what the 10,000th-to-last edit's ID would be. But no, not even in the final milliseconds do we know how many edits will happen just until Wikipedia ceases to exist, or only to be named Wikipedia, so one would have to retrospectively disregard the predictions made just between the 10,000th-to-last and the last edit.
