Refactoring

[edit]

Mike, I wonder if you noticed that the 23:43, 9 October 2008 (UTC) was by Libro0. You included it under a BCG heading, and your reply suggests to me that you thought you were replying to BCG. —teb728 t c 01:52, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I know that was in response to Libro0's comment on my comment to Baseball Card Guy. I didn't want to move it because Libro0's comment depended on a context. Mike92591 (talk) 03:09, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ah. I see now that you are right. It looked to me as though Libro0 was elaborating on his/her own previous comments. —teb728 t c 07:12, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Summary

[edit]

I am starting to get confused what with all the backtracking and reordering so let me just try and summarize my pov. 1. We use fractions. 2. In the case of 1/2 we use .5 as per wikipedia style or so I am told. 3. (not yet discussed) The industry term 'standard' is used specifically for the size 2.5 by 3.5 inches with footnote or explanation. Libro0 (talk) 17:08, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I do not want to trade insults but I have reviewed the discussion and it looks like we use different words to say the same thing and then use the same words to say different things. I admit there have been some things that threw me off. At one point you said 'that may not be inline with your reason' and I have to say I could not figure out what you were talking about. There have been other instances where I do not follow what you are saying because it looks like you are repeating yourself or you are using wrong terminology or crossing up subjects. You don't follow a nice pattern instead bounce around and you lose me. Then you come out with 'that's not what you said at all', there again, you lost me. If you understood what I said the first time why are we going over it again? Even the 'Lying to save face' is completely out of the blue. I have been very up front about everything and I am sorry if you don't follow me. Libro0 (talk) 19:01, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I was hoping we could switch over to the merger section for the moment because that will help determine how images and tables can be used. Libro0 (talk) 17:51, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Go right ahead. Mike92591 (talk) 02:16, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
