Move?

[edit]

I propose moving this page to Wikipedia:Meetup/University of Oregon or even Wikipedia:Meetup/Eugene, Oregon, for greater accuracy and consistency with other meetup pages. Sarah, I am so happy to see this event being organized, so thank you so much. This might be the first meetup in Oregon organized outside of Portland. I would love to attend! (I am in Eugene at the moment, so I will have to check my calendar about coming back in March.) Thanks again for working on this event and for thinking of us Oregonians! --Another Believer (Talk) 02:53, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

So I was bold and moved the page. Happy to continue the discussion if others have different ideas/preferences. --Another Believer (Talk) 06:26, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have a book called Marching Forward: Northwest Women's Firsts that has been an amazing resource for me in finding women and events that have had a huge impact on Oregon and the Northwest. I'll be bringing it to the meetup. Capnleela (talk) 08:46, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
