An alternative suggestion

Why not just use the same categories as on AFD and RFA:

AFD: delete, no consensus (default keep), keep, other
RFA: accept, no consensue (default reject), reject.
WP policy: accept, no consensus (reject), reject.

I haven't checked the current tags. There should be a difference between "This proposal has not been adopted...no consensus" and "This proposal has been rejected...no consensus." YechielMan 08:25, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
