I've never been involved in any mediation procedure before, so if I would hope you will excuse any mistakes I make. (I am far more used to dealing with problems on a talk page, and seem to be OK at it as I've never been here before...) No attempt at sorting this out seems to have been made - the complainant hasn't even contacted me to complain. Do I post my explanation of my action here, or wait for someone to ask?
