Pro-vandalism[edit]

Why are there no pro-vandalism boxes? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.49.175.175 (talk) 06:04, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Because vandalism on Wikipedia is an anti-social act. - Ahunt (talk) 12:15, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I added a new userbox. Unfortunately I don't know how to do it properly. I will not be offended is someone fixes the new userbox. I do, however, ask that the image and text be left as-is, as they are the creative effort I've contributed. Borders, colors, and templating, however, are beyond me for the moment. Thanks for your userbox contribution. The main issue is that you can't create a userbox on this page, you have to create it else where and transclude it as a template to this page. I have done that for you, by moving it to your userspace at User:RiverStyx23/vandalism and than transcluding it back to this page. I have also modified it to allow a date to be added:

{{User:RiverStyx23/vandalism|30 May 2010}} yields

This user saved Wikipedia by making their first vandalism reversion on 30 May 2010.

Thank you - could you do something nice with borders and fresher colors, nothing too garish - just something a little less "hospital blue"? RiverStyx23{screechharrass} 14:24, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
How does that look now? Feel free to edit it at User:RiverStyx23/vandalism. The explanation of what each item changes is at Wikipedia:Userboxes#How_to_construct_the_box. - Ahunt (talk) 22:31, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, great, thanks for the pointer! RiverStyx23{screechharrass} 22:35, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, that is the fun of making userboxes - fiddling with the colours and such to get it right! You should have all the information now to make your own from scratch. I would recommend the new template I used on that userbox as it gives more control over the outcome than the short form template. If you have any questions please do drop me a note. - Ahunt (talk) 22:54, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Pro-vandalism userboxes[edit]

If I add a Pro-vandalism userbox, would it be taken off immediately. I want to do one for humour purposes. If I can't do it here, where?

-TheSpaceFace Let's Chat 00:05, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That would belong here instead: Wikipedia:Userboxes/Wikipedia/humour. In fact there is already one pro-vandalism box already on that page!- Ahunt (talk) 00:14, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Request[edit]

Warning! Vandalizing this userpage can get you in trouble!

Should i put this Userbox to this Userbox section? It's a warning to vandals who attempts to edit the user's page who has it. Kurt Rencel (Zirukurt01) 00:27, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, why not? It could also go here, too, if you like. - Ahunt (talk) 13:01, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Well, i'll apply it for both. It's funny but threatening to vandals. Kurt Rencel (Zirukurt01) 01:41, 5 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Request[edit]
