To Do List?
First off, great idea folks. I'm very excited to be a part of this, and raring to go. So, what's first? Do we have pages about individual replicas/series' of replicas? Please, let's get a difinitive list here :) --Madbrood 16:22, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
IMO we need to clean up and add to this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airsoft_game_type_variations It's a fantastic article, just needs some work. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.33.172.10 (talk) 13:26, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
Ever heard of the Airsoft Wiki?
It's great that you guys are so devoted to cleaning up the airsoft content on wikipedia! However, there is an airsoftwiki (at airsoftwiki.org) that sorely needs your help! Why don't you guys pop over there and spread your airsoft knowledge? -The Mafia (Can3 on airsoftwiki) 10:50, 2 June 2007
Firearms tag
Hello I am LWF, coordinator of the Firearms WikiProject, and it was recently pointed out to me that you had our project tag in your talk page. I'm sure this was done in the absolute best of intentions, but the Firearms Project covers firearms, not replica firearms. As such, I've removed the tag, to avoid confusion on the scope of the Firearms Project.--LWF 18:17, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Proposed deletions (WP:PROD)
- 23 September 2007 - expires 28 September
- Airsoft Vz61 Scorpion (PROD by User:Redxiv; PROD nominator states: "Utterly non-notable." Excerpt: "The Airsoft Vz61Scorpion is a replica of a submachine gun, the Vz 61, used in post-Soviet Union countries as a police weapon.") --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 02:34, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
Syndication
I've always thought about including an airsoft blub to other reltated articles, see Talk:Wargaming:Live Action Wargaming
Are there other wikipedia articles indirectly related to airsoft that we should include without being too intrusive? Possibly Military Exercise as well?

Article Standards
Do we list some basic standards on which editors should adhere by?
I think we should have limitations on images for placement and size. For example, thumbnail images to a should be no more than 180px wide and be justified on the righthand side of the page. Also, images should not be breaking out of or into other article sections.
We should also define how the overall structure and style of the article layout, especially when trying to determine the different sections and contents.
Just throwing something out there...
