Chicagoland articles are all submitted to project
[edit]The non-Chicago, but within Chicagoland articles (for sake of this discussion these are simply called Chicagoland) are all being submitted to the project. Based on the history of this article it sounds like the intent was to limit Chicagoland articles to those that are "mostly GA, FA and FLs". That is not happening and until it does we need to set up realistic editors' expectations. Simply state that all Chicgoland articles, or articles with reference Chicago or Chicagoland (e.g. if an article about Jupiter were to mention Chicago or Barrington, Illinois, it would be given to our project because of bots), are submitted to the project members for their consideration.
