William McDonald (born October 5, 1979) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for Caciques de Humacao of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional. He graduated from the University of South Florida.

McDonald was ejected from a game while playing for Petron Blaze Boosters. During an 80-94 loss to Barako Bull Energy McDonald was ejected for throwing the ball into Mick Pennisi's forehead. The ejection trended on YouTube because of Pennisi's 'delayed flop'.
