William Butler Duncan II (1853 – March 30, 1912) aka Butler Duncan was a New York City banker.

His father was William Butler Duncan I of Scotland. He became a banker in New York City and then was the President and later the Chairman of the Board of the Mobile and Ohio Railroad from 1874 until his death in 1912.[1]
