William P. Wentworth

William Pitt Wentworth (1839–1896), often abbreviated as W.P. Wentworth or William P. Wentowrth, was a Vermont-based architect who worked in Boston, but did institutional and ecclesiastic commissions in other areas.

Wentworth was born in 1839 and died in 1896.^[1]

Wentworth worked with Ralph Adams Cram in some cases. *This is incorrect, the architect was Charles F. Wentworth who was an early partner of Ralph Adams Cram. Christ Church, Hyde Park, listed below, is actually only attributed to Ralph Adams Cram, although Charles F. Wentworth was probably still a partner at the time (early 1890s). Charles Wentworth retired due to ill health, and died in 1897.
