Stanley 'William' Willson MBE was chairman of Aston Martin from 1972 – 1975.[1] Wilson bought the company in 1972 for £100, when it was in financial trouble. After three months after Wilson took control, Aston Martin brought out two new models, and the company was recovering.[citation needed] Wilson sold the company in 1975 for over £1,000,000.[citation needed]

Wilson died on 25 December 2003, aged 76[2]
