Wilson is an unincorporated community in Clarendon County, in the U.S. state of South Carolina.[1]

History

A post office called Wilsons was established in 1888, the name was changed to Wilson in 1894, and the post office was discontinued in 1982.[2] Thomas Wilson, the owner of a local sawmill, gave the community his name.[3]
