Wine cake, known in Spanish as torta envinada, is a cake made with wine in Colombian cuisine.[1] Torta negra Colombiana (Colombian black cake) and Bizcocho Negro are similar cakes with varying ingredients (raisins, candied fruit, and rum).[2]
