Yat Siu (* 1973 in Vienna) is a Hong Kong based entrepreneur and angel investor who was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. He is the CEO and Founder of the game-company Outblaze and co-founder of Animoca and has received recognition for his role as an entrepreneur focused on Internet and technology companies in Hong Kong.[1] He has received several awards including the DHL SCMP Business Awards [2] and has been named a Global Leader of Tomorrow as well as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also a member of the advisory board of BAFTA [3] and a director of the Asian Youth Orchestra.
In 2009 he sold a part of his business to IBM's Lotus Software Division [4] which opened its first cloud computing laboratory in Hong Kong [5] with the assets it acquired from Outblaze.
