Ylli Shehu (born 13 March 1966) is a retired Albanian football player.

Shehu started his career at KF Partizani, with whom he won two Albanian championships in 1987 and 1993.[1] After that he moved to Croatia and spent several seasons with HNK Šibenik, scoring 40 goals in the Croatian Prva HNL.[2] He also played for Apollon Athens F.C. in the Greek Alpha Ethniki.[3]

Shehu made ten appearances for the Albania national football team.
