Yorsa Alaa El Din (born 1986) is an Egyptian chess player who hold the title of Woman International Master (WIM, 2008).

Biography

In 2007, in Windhoek Yorsa Alaa El Din won a bronze medal in the African Women's Chess Championship[1]. For this success FIDE awarded her title of Woman International Master (WIM). In 2008, in Nalchik Yorsa Alaa El Din participated in the Women's World Chess Championship, where in the first round lost Humpy Koneru[2]. Played for Egypt at two Women's Chess Olympiads[3].

Since 2012 she has rarely participated in chess tournaments.
