Zálesná Zhoř is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.34 square kilometres (2.06 sq mi), and has a population of 43 (as at 3 July 2006).

Zálesná Zhoř lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Brno and 164 km (102 mi) south-east of Prague.
