Zahasmi Ismail (born 9 November 1961) is a former Malaysian footballer and currently a head coach for MOF F.C.

He retired from playing football in 2004 which is the worst season for Kelantan FA when they plunged into Malaysia FAM League for the first time in this club history.Played as a Central Defender, he was labeled as a Tank by the fan because of the way he played.In 1994, he was banned from playing for 1 year after the incident involving him with Selangor FA striker at that time,Zsolt Bücs. When Tan Sri Annuar Musa became Kelantan FA president, he was also involved in Kelantan FA development to become the team they are now today. He also has brought Kelantan FA President's Cup Team to become King's Gold Cup champion and Malaysian President's Cup champion in 2011.[1]
